We only rent the bottom of the villa and the exteriors. The first floor is not available for rent. It is a distinct unit with a separate entrance, with no opposite or view of your space. It can be occupied very rarely by the owner; discreet presence and respectful of calm.
Yes, pets are welcome. Please let us know when booking so that we can best prepare for your arrival.
Bookings can only be made by phone at 06 51 42 72 47 : a 30% deposit is required upon booking, the remaining balance is due 10 days before arrival, and a cleaning fee of €200 is payable directly to the concierge for complete interior/exterior cleaning upon arrival and departure. No online payment is possible, only checks and transfers are accepted.
Yes, of course. Visits are possible by appointment. Call us to schedule a visit according to your availability.
The 30% deposit paid upon booking is non-refundable. In case of no-show or early departure, the amounts already paid remain acquired and are not refunded. To find out all the modalities (deadlines, special cases, etc.), consult our Cancellation conditions. If in doubt, call us.
